WWE Sunday Night Heat: Raven vs. Crash Holly: (07.28.02) - WWE Sunday Night Heat emanates tonight from Grand Rapids, Michigan. This week, Raven's banishment from the RAW brand's flagship show continues as he's primed to take on Crash Holly tonight on Heat! Prior to this match, Raven is seen in the back being interviewed by Terri Runnels. Terri questions Raven on why he hasn't taken the opportunity yet to re-sign a new contract with one of the new GM's, Bischoff on RAW or perhaps Stephanie McMahon on Smackdown, and end his banishment on Heat. Raven then curtly responds to her:

"With what leverage, Terri? My level of exposure isn't HALF of what it needs to be. Besides, how attractive of a free agent would I really make? And even so, do you REALLY think they'd allow me on Smackdown? They'd find some way to get me off of there. Because, every time people see me, they say I'm a freak. They say I'm a degenerate. They say I'm depraved. Well, labeling people is the product of narrow minded individuals. You see, I'm not depraved ... they are. Well, I guess I'm gonna stay here on Heat; because if I can't be on RAW, I am going to take delight on turning Heat into my own personal playground."

Raven comes to the ring as "End of Everything" plays on the P.A. and drops in the corner to wait for Crash to show up. Raven takes control early, but Crash tries to shift momentum with a head-scissors takedown. Raven gets clotheslined over the top rope by Crash and then tosses Raven back into the ring. Raven stumbles into the corner and Crash tries to attack him a kneelift, but Raven ducks and he jams it against the top rope. Raven capitalizes and sweeps Crash off his feet and starts working away at his knee, pounding it with a succession of roundhouse kicks, dragon screw leg whips, elbow drops, knee thrusts and various ankle and leg submission holds. Crash tries to rally with a rollup, but Raven kicks out and rolls him up for 2 as wekk then continues his attack on Crash's knee. Crash tries to roll-up Raven again, but Raven counters with a kneelift for 2. Raven taunts Crash to get up and tries the Raven Effect but Crash reverses to a uranage suplex following a brief rally by Crash where he scored several nearfalls. Crash's knee is wrecked and he can't complete a tornado DDT on Raven. Raven runs up, knees him in the gut and plants him with the Raven Effect for the win.

Bradshaw hits and cuts a promo on Stasiak about how his old college roommate from ACU is here and he is in a hurry to get out of the building in order to go drink beer. Standard hardcore match, Raven and Justin Credible run out and double-team Bradshaw with Raven pinning Bradshaw to win the Hardcore Title.

WWE Sunday Night Heat: WWE Hardcore Championship: Raven vs. Bradshaw: (07.14.02) - WWE Sunday Night Heat on MTV comes to you from Philadelphia, PA, the birthplace of hardcore wrestling in the U.S. Appropriately enough, Heat hosts a WWE Hardcore Championship title match this week between the current champ, the former Justin Hawk Bradshaw, and the man has been banished to Heat from RAW for the past 3 weeks in Raven.

Prior to this match we see an interview with Bradshaw conducted by Lillian Garcia. Bradshaw has disposed of the old WWE Hardcore Title and replaced it with a custom-made "Texas" WWE Hardcore Title, complete with a set of gold longhorns and Texas flag design. He says tonight is Raven's unlucky night in having to face him and though Raven may be extreme, Bradshaw says he's taken hardcore to a whole new level, which Lillian will see tonight.

"End of Everything" by Stereomud hits the P.A. as Raven makes his way down to the ring with his cart of hardcore plunder, sporting a checkered red skirt and his black cassock coat. Raven does his Crucifix pose then slumps into the corner and starts banging his head against the turnbuckle pad waiting for Bradshaw. Coachman notes that Raven specifically asked for this match in an effort to win the WWE Hardcore Title and hijack his way back onto WWE RAW after being kicked off on June 24th. As Bradshaw takes off his cowboy hat, Raven jumps him, knocking him with 2 trash can lid shots and tries for a 3rd to be knocked down by a Bradshaw shoulder tackle. Bradshaw knocks Raven out of the ring with a lid shot and they go outside. Bradshaw picks up the ringsteps and knocks Raven over the head with them. They trade chest slaps on the outside before going inside and Raven gets whipped by the Texan's bullrope. Bradshaw then goes rodeo and hogties Raven. Raven tries to free himself but gets a lid shot for his trouble as bounces around but breaks loose. Bradshaw tries to powerbomb Raven several times, but Raven reverses. Bradshaw hits Raven with a fire extinguisher and Raven unleashes a series of 3 vicious shots on Bradshaw that destroy a cookie tray. Raven then rams Bradshaw in the stomach with a huge potted plant to a huge pop from the crowd. Raven then chokes Bradshaw out with a bullrope for a good minute and a half before he breaks free with a desperation shoulderdrop which knocks both guys down. They trade several punches and Raven gets whipped into the ropes and clotheslined by Bradshaw into the corner. Raven gets a back bodydrop by Bradshaw. Bradshaw charges Raven, but Raven drop toe holds Bradshaw into an open chair in the corner. As Bradshaw is down, Raven picks up the chair to use against Bradshaw. Bradshaw wises up and hits a big boot on Raven, which crashes the chair into the Raven and knocks him down. As Raven staggers up, Bradshaw wraps the bullrope around his arm and knocks Raven out with the "Lariat From Hell" and successfully defends the new "Texas Hardcore Title."

WWE Sunday Night Heat: Raven vs. Tommy Dreamer: (07.07.02) - WWE Sunday Night Heat on MTV comes from Manchester, New Hampshire as Raven is set to square off against Tommy Dreamer. 2 weeks ago on the 6/24 edition of RAW, Raven was banished from ever appearing again on RAW after he lost a "Loser Leaves RAW" to Tommy Dreamer in a match arbitrarily set-up by Vince McMahon to get his point of "Ruthless Aggression" out to the whole RAW roster. Tonight, Raven gets to complete his revenge started last week by defeating Matt Hardy for his 6/24 post-match attack by defeating the man who had him banished from RAW in the first place in Tommy Dreamer!

Backstage, we see an interview conducted by Terri with Raven earlier in the evening. Raven is in the locker room wearing a button down shirt with a huge skull on the back of it. Terri asks Raven what his thoughts are on being banished from RAW. Raven angrily turns towards Terri and provides her with his feelings on the matter:

"How do you think I feel? I feel betrayed. I feel ripped off. My career is in jeopardy because of the whimsy of Vincent K. McMahon. I feel like a pawn in some megalomaniacal billionaire's chess game. And when I lost, I was ushered out of the building like a child who had been grounded and sent to his room!"

[Terri then informs the viewers that tonight Raven has his rematch against Tommy Dreamer.]

"Tommy Dreamer ... Tommy Dreamer will pay for the indignities that I suffered. Tommy Dreamer will feel the wrath of my retribution. It's time for someone else to feel MY pain! Because if you cut us, do we not bleed? If you tickle us, do we not laugh? If you poison us, do we not die? And if you wrong us, shall we not revenge?! Quote the Raven, nevermore."

"End of Everything" hits the P.A. as Raven makes his way down to the ring. He climbs up on the post and does the Crucifix pose and then plops down into the corner and whips his head back and forth 16 times on the bottom turnbuckle pad as Tommy Dreamer makes his way to the ring. Raven then gets up in Dreamer's face and starts yelling at him over his fluke win and the consequences inflicted on Raven. Raven grabs Dreamer's shirt collar, Dreamer brushes him off and Raven spits in his face to demonstrate his hatred for the man from Yonkers. Dreamer wipes the spit off his face and eats it, knocking Raven down and the crowd reels from his disgusting action.

The match gets underway and Dreamer capitalizes off his cheap shot, by punching Raven into the corner and using the ropes for leverage as he stomps Raven down with his boots. He whips Raven across the ring, but Raven reverses it and tries to charge Dreamer, but Dreamer elbows Raven on impact. Raven is stunned and Dreamer kicks Raven in the abdomen and hits Raven with a clothesline off the ropes that sends both men over the top rope to the mat below. Dreamer gets a soda from a fan at ringside and drinks some to blow it in Raven's face Great-Muta style. He gets another soda from the same fan and smashes it over Raven's head and cinches Raven up in a side headlock and rams Raven into the crowd barricade like a battering ram. Raven staggers about dazed as Dreamer gets some french fries from another fan at ringside and rushes Raven to ram him into the steel ring steps. But Raven takes advantage of Dreamer's hubris and knocks him into the same steps with a drop-toe-hold.

Raven takes charge of the match and picks Dreamer up and executes a side Russian legsweep on Dreamer onto the guardrail. Raven picks up Dreamer and tosses him into the ring, mounting him with punches in a sign of dominance. Raven picks up the staggered Dreamer and drops him off the top turnbuckle with a knee drop driver for a two-count. Raven grabs Dreamer and whips him to the ropes, allowing Dreamer's momentum to ram him into a "Mr. Wrestling II" kneelift by Raven twice and then hits Dreamer with a 3rd for another two-count. Raven ties Dreamer up in the corner and stretches open his mouth. Raven punches Dreamer and Dreamer shoots on him, picking him up for a 180° spinebuster that hangs Raven off the top rope! Raven tries to spear Dreamer, but Dreamer blocks it off with a big boot to Raven's mouth. Dreamer starts punching Raven, kicks him in the stomach and hits a Dreamer-Cutter to little effect. He knocks Raven down with a big lariat and screams "COME ON!" to psyche himself up to take out Raven as he hits a powerslam for a 2 count. He punches Raven in the corner 4 times and bites him, egging Raven to charge him, which Dreamer reverses into another spinebuster for a 2 count. Dreamer goes for a Spiccolli Driver, which Raven reverses into a Raven Effect, which Dreamer reverses into a Dreamerflow DDT for a 2 count! Dreamer is shocked that Raven kicked out and whips Raven into the ropes, but Raven kicks Dreamer in the stomach and executes the Raven Effect for the pinfall as Raven's revenge on Dreamer is now complete!
