WCW Monday Nitro: Raven Interview: (8.3.97) - Raven is at the rail with Mean Gene - Stevie Richards shows up before Gene can get Raven's attention. He has some more paperwork in his hands. He talks about a "snag" in the situation. Raven is ignoring him as he explains that he has renegotiated the contract. Raven takes the contract and the pen, then he spits in Richard's face and cold cocks him yet again. Richards gets up and blocks a second punch. He says "Boss, you're not going to abuse me anymore..." Raven grins at him and then walks away.

WCW Monday Nitro: (8.10.97) - No Raven Activity

WCW Monday Nitro: Raven Appearance: (8.17.97) - Nitro opens with Raven doing a monologue on his past and how it's been a troubled one that's spilled into his adult life.

Raven Appearance: Stevie Richards vs. Scotty Riggs - Riggs is all over Richards from the get-go. The announcers don't seem very impressed with Richards. The fight goes out to the floor and Richards turns the tables. Back in the ring he holds onto the advantage for a little while. Then Riggs comes back strong but he seems overconfident. On a rush into the corner Riggs is stopped short by a "Stevie Kick" to the jaw. Richards wins the match. Raven slips into the ring behind him and catches him in a DDT.

WCW Clash of the Champions XXXV: Raven vs. Stevie Richards: (8.21.98) - The long awaited debut of Raven in WCW. Before the match Raven demands that it be made a "No DQ" contest. Richards agrees. Consequently the match goes right out to the floor and Raven dominates the fight from the get-go. A steel chair plays a major part in it. Richards takes it for several minutes and finally turns the tables by reversing a whip into a chair-covered corner. Now things are more of a see-saw affair but it all ends abruptly when Raven gets a big DDT and the pin.

WCW Monday Nitro: Raven Promo: (8.24.97) - Raven talks some more about his childhood and broken home and family.

WCW Monday Nitro: Raven Appearance: Stevie Richards vs. Damien: (8.31.97) - The latter is the most slovenly of the Luchadores. Before he can get to the ring, Raven appears and attacks - DDT's him on the concrete. Raven tosses the unconscience competitor into the ring. Richards first tries to revive him. Failing that, he asks Raven for advice. Raven, who is up on the apron, slaps him down and says "...cover the man". Stevie does as he is told.
