WCW Thunder: Konnan vs. Kanyon: (7.02.98) - Konnan wins this match against Kanyon via help from Raven's Flock, who were sabotaging Kanyon. Konnan didn't see their assistance, so he congratulated himself afterward. This was Kanyon's first loss since dropping the Mortis mask.

WCW Monday Nitro: Raven vs. Kanyon: (7.06.98) - WCW's last big Georgia Dome Nitro before their current fall from grace in the year 2000, Raven comes out accompanied by Lodi. and Kanyon jumps in as he makes his way out to the ring. This match stems from the July 2 Thunder, where the Flock gave Kanyon his first loss. Saturn runs out after a few minutes of back and forth actions and DVD's Kanyon, his partner at the time against Raven. He then attacks the members of Raven's Flock and hits Raven with a German Suplex.

WINNER: Raven via DQ

WCW Bash At The Beach: Raven vs. Saturn: (7.12.98) - Raven beat Saturn in this match. This was the usual ECW-style melee that forgoes a lot of the subtleties of wrestling in favour of a few spots, even if those spots take a minute to set up. Some people talk about how ECW has advanced wrestling, when really it has taken so many elements away. Unfortunately, it has influenced the WWF and WCW to put together more matches that focus on disconnected spots and lousy brawling. Kanyon ran in to save Raven from a double tables bump and then laid him out, as they continue to build a triangular story line. Scotty Riggs came in and received a death valley driver from Saturn, who then turned around into an evenflow DDT for the pin. The crowd booed at the finish somewhat heavily - Review by Herb Kunze.

WCW Monday Nitro: Raven vs. Saturn vs. Kanyon: (7.13.98) - Raven was playing injured for most of this match, as his shoulder seemed to be giving him trouble. Kanyon and Saturn et into an argument over who pins Raven, and fight to the back. Raven wins after they're both counted out.

WCW Monday Nitro: Saturn vs. Yuji Nagata (w/Sonny Onoo): (7.20.98) - Yugi Nagata's stay in WCW was a result of the WCW/NJPW working arrangement. He's much better than his WCW tenure gives him credit for. As Sonny Onoo had the referee distracted, Raven came down and delivered the Evenflow D.D.T. to Saturn. Nagata then executed the Nagata Lock on the unconscience Saturn, who was pinned in the move. The Flock then came down to the ring and attacked Saturn. At that point, Kanyon came down to the ring and took out all of the members of The Flock. However, Saturn then got up and delivered the Death Valley Driver to Kanyon. He then told Kanyon to stay out of his business.

Note: Most of the Raven, Kanyon, Saturn stuff in this period is filler leading up to Road Wild 1998 and Fall Brawl 1998. One of the few storylines in 1998 WCW was able to build interest in slowly.
