WCW Monday Nitro: Raven Interview: (8.3.98) - Raven comes out and says Sick Boy and Kanyon were supposed to have a match at Nitro, but it won't happen because Kanyon was swallowed up by the darkness. He hints that Kanyon was either beat up by the Flock, or has joined them, playing a mindgame on Saturn leading to their 3-way dance at Road Wild, Raven vs. Kanyon vs. Saturn.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WCW Thunder: Raven Interview: (8.6.98) - Raven comes out and says Kanyon was supposed to be Saturn's ta partner for a match against Riggs and Sick Boy. Raven mindfucks Saturn and says Kanyon is with him, so, instead, since Road Wild is now going to be a handicap match, it's now going to be Riggs and Sick Boy vs. Saturn.

Saturn vs. Sick Boy vs. Riggs - Saturn beats one of the Flock members, Riggs, with a DVD for the win. Raven then runs in and evenflows Saturn.

WINNER: Saturn via pinfall

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WCW Road Wild PPV: Three Way Dance: Raven vs. Saturn vs. Kanyon: (8.8.98) - Raven was lying about Kanyon's Flock alliance. Saturn and Kanyon act as a team beating up Raven for the most part, even doing the old "Total Elimination" move from Saturn's ECW days. They then fight over who of them actually gets to beat Raven by pinning him. Raven gets some offense in, includin a triple decker superplex. But in the end, Saturn wins with a DVD on Raven.

WINNER: Saturn via pinfall

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WCW Monday Nitro: Saturn vs. Kanyon: (8.10.98) - Good match so far. Kanyon is a great wrestler. The guy has skills. Kanyon supplied the offense and Saturn got the counters. Top rope neck breaker by Kanyon. 2 count on Saturn. Kanyon goes up top, but Saturn nails the rope! Great top rope move just done. Here comes Lodi! There is Raven, EVENFLOW on Saturn! Lodi leaves after he distracts the ref. Kanyon covers him, 1 2 3! WINNER: Kanyon via pinfall

Raven Interview - Raven blames Horace for his loss at Road Wild. He yells at Sick Boy and Kidman for not even showing at Sturis. Raven beats up the Flock. Raven goes to nail Horace but Horace blocks it. [Note: this is the beginning of Horace's singles push, due to his Uncle Hollywood pushing for him behind the scenes. This strategy would have worked much better if Kidman was the one to stick up to Raven, but this goes nowhere in a few weeks].

Raven vs. Horace Boulder - Maybe if this match had taken place in FMW it would have been better. Very formulaic stuff. Raven does the best job of carryin Horace as he can, except all Horace does are spots. Raven beats up on Horace. He sends Horace over the top. Russian Legsweep into the safety rail. Horace with the stop sign, he nailed Raven with it. Horace flies over the top and nails Raven ... again. Horace is in control. He props the stop sign up in the corner. Horace armdrags Raven into the sig.! Horace slams Raven on the sign. The sign is getting a lot of play in this match. Horace misses a top rope splash and messes himsef up. Raven asks for a chair, Lodi reluctantly gives it to him. Drop Toe Hold on the chair by Raven. Kanyon comes in and beats up the Flock. Saturn DVD's Raven on the stop sign. Horace covers for the 3 count and this match is summarily forgotten in a week or two.

WINNER: Horace via pinfall

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WCW Thunder: Raven vs. Horace: (8.13.98) - Yes, again, Raven vs. Horace. WCW circa 1998, gotta love it. Anyway, this travesty of a match is as follows. Horace got a DQ win over Raven, when the rest of the Flock came in and laid into Horace. Saturn came in for the save and Kanyon followed suit. The end.

WINNER: Horace via DQ

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WCW Monday Nitro: Raven Interview: (8.17.98) - As Raven was about to speak, Horace confronted him. Horace was furious with Raven, and challenged Raven to another match for later in the show. Since it was Raven's Rules, Raven announced a tag team match, with he and Saturn taking on Horace and Kanyon. Saturn and Kanyon came out, not wanting to participate. However, they were forced to after J.J. Dillon signed the match as an official one. Dillion also announced that if any wrestler cost their partner to lose the match, they would be suspended for 90 days. Stipulations in the match were that you could only win by submission or pinfall.

Raven & Saturn vs. Horace Boulder & Kanyon - Raven and Saturn defeated Kanyon and Horace with Saturn's Death Valley Driver. Both teams didn't get along so well at first, but eventually, both sides turned it into a very physical match. After Horace mistakenly hit Kanyon with the stop sign, Saturn took full advantage. Saturn executed the Death Valley Driver onto Horace, for he and Raven to take the victory. Afterwrds, The Flock then attacked Saturn, including Raven. Kidman tried to stop The Flock, but was attacked by Raven. Horace nailed Saturn, and was then attacked by Raven.

WINNER: Raven and Saturn

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WCW Thunder: Raven vs. Horace vs. Kanyon vs. Saturn: (8.20.98) - Raven beat Saturn & Kanyon & Horace to win a four corners match, using the evenflow DDT on Horace.

WINNER: Raven via DDT

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WCW Thunder: Saturn vs. Lodi: (8.26.98) - Lodi was in the ring and challenged Saturn to a match (with Raven's Rules), because he accuses Saturn of breaking his fingers (Raven actually did it though). Lodi says if that Saturn beats him, he'll leave the flock. If Lodi wins, Saturn must be his slave until the ppv. Saturn gets a jumpstart into the match and took Lodi down. Riggs and Sickboy came in only to get knocked out. Saturn hits Lodi with the Death Valley Driver. As he goes for the pin, Raven comes in and interferes. As Saturn issued his beating to Raven, Kanyon came down to help Raven, and knocked Saturn out. Lodi rolled on top of Saturn to get the pin. Saturn now has to be Lodi's slave.

WINNER: Lodi via pinfall

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Nitro: Interview:(8/31/98): Mike Tenay interviews an obviously angry Saturn as he enters the arena. He talks about how he has to follow Lodi because "pain is temporary, but pride is forever." He then says he won't allow Kanyon and Raven to "rape his honor." Lodi then tells Saturn to hurry with his bags. If you'll remember, Lodi won the right to have Saturn as his slave after beating him last Wednesday on Thunder due to Kanyon's interference.

Riggs vs. Ernest Miller: Riggs is the latest to job to the more violent and vicious 3 time karate champion. This was a really short match and Miller finished Riggs off way too quickly.

Lodi and Saturn vs. High Voltage: Raven comes out, orders Lodi to tell Saturn to not touch Raven or Kanyon. Raven then tells Kanyon to "break" Saturn. Kanyon fumbles the mic, Saturn claps at his idiocy. Kanyon does a whole drill seargeant routine where he tries to goad Saturn into hitting him. Saturn resists and Raven makes fun of his "pride and integrity." Raven orders Saturn and Lodi to tag against High Voltage. High Voltage gets the upperhand for most of the match. Saturn makes a comeback, nails one of them with the DVD and Lodi orders himself to be tagged back in. Lodi gets the pin and takes all the credit.
