Thunder: Raven vs. The Giant: (10/29/98): Raven. Heenan calls him the dirtiest athlete in sports today, how Raven loses every match he has. Schiavone punctuates this remark with that of Raven's downward spiral. Kanyon tells Raven repeatedly NOT to wrestle the Giant. Raven gets thrown around like a rag doll. Kanyon again implores him to leave and not wrestle Giant. He seems genuinely concerned here. Tenay theorizes that Kanyon always wanted to be in Raven's Flock and that's why he's sticking with Raven through his difficult period. Raven seems determined to continue on regardless. Raven tries to take out Giant's leg. No good. More rag doll tossing. Raven gets hit with a kick to the side of the head by Giant. Giant runs Kanyon off sort of. Raven tries a high risk move and misses. Giant catches him and Raven reverses it and slams him into the ringpost. Kanyon gives Raven a chair. Raven hits Giant with the chair 3 times! Kanyon gets a table from underneath the ring and distracts the Giant.

Now, while this is going on, Raven sets up the table in the ring. Raven tries to pull Giant into the ring. He gets stuck on the ropes as Kanyon grabs his leg. Raven bounces on the ropes to give him a little --uh --"groin trouble." It works. His master plan is to smash Giant on the table it seems. He tries and Giant stops him. Giant then CHOKESLAMS Raven through the table! Giant lays him out 1 2 3. Raven gets pinned, Kanyon comes and cradles him as the credits roll.
WINNER: The Giant via Pinfall.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WCW Monday Nitro: Kanyon vs. Prince Iaukea: (10/26/98): Kanyon comes out with Raven to his usual reponse: the crowd heckling him as he does his usual "Who's better than Kanyon" speech. Out comes Prince Iaukea. Kanyon actually fought Iaukea on the October 8th edition of Thunder. This match was fairly similar. Lots of high flying moves by both men. Iaukea gets thrown outside as Raven looks on. Kanyon attacks him. Prince tries a power move on Kanyon, but Kanyon reverses it into the Flatliner. Kanyon wins.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Halloween Havoc: Raven vs. Chris Jericho: (10/25/98): Raven comes out, makes a speech about how he should have been informed he was gonna work the PPV and was not going to wrestle cause of his mistreatment. Jericho taunted Raven and made him wrestle out of spite. They each try their finishing moves once without them working. Lots of Raven's rules type wrestling goes on and they fight mainly outside the ring. Kanyon comes in at one point, but proves worthless. Raven gets the upperhand at one point, tries the Evenflow, but Jericho reverses it, yet again, into a Liontamer. Raven taps out quick and Jericho wins.

WINNER: Chris Jericho via Pinfall.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WCW Saturday Night: (10/24/98): No Raven Activity.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thunder: Kanyon vs. Chris Jericho: (10/22/98): Out comes Kanyon with Raven. Raven is really out of it. Kanyon does the whole "Who's better than me" speech. Outcomes Jericho, being all annoying and obnoxious, per his gimmick. Kanyon and Jericho fight for the T.V. Championship. Kanyon gets in a lot of good moves and reversald on Jericho, he actually has him beat at several points in the match. The turning point comes when the referee is accidentally knocked out at one point. Raven runs in the ring to evenflow Jericho, but Jericho reverses it into a Liontamer and makes Raven tap out. The ref counts Raven's tap as a loss for Kanyon! Raven slinks into the corner obviously hurt and pissed off, while Jericho starts his whole victory routine.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WCW Monday Nitro: Kanyon vs. Scott Putski: (10/19/98): Kanyon comes out to ringside, sans Raven. The camera pans on a tattooed couple, perhaps to suggest that those fans that like Raven and his associates are nothing but freaks. Kanyon does his little "Who's better than Kanyon" schtick with the audience. They boo him, of course. Kanyon's mic skills have improved a lot. The lisp is pretty much gone and he doesn't sound like Daffy Duck. Here comes his opponent, Scott Putski. Can't figure out what this guys gimmick is supposed to be. Something like a preppy, wanna-be gothic jock. This guy just pisses me off. Match starts as Kanyon says to send out the opponent so he can get another notch on his belt. Announcers talk about how innovative Kanyon is for a while. Kanyon dominates this joker early. Putski does get a lot of slams and takedowns but it's nothing compared to Kanyon's repertoire. Kanyon sets up Putski with a fireman's carry and clims the steps to flapjack him on the canvas. More give and take. Kanyon eventually does the Flatliner on Putski for the win. Kanyon then gets on the ropes and says, "I'm the king of the world!" I think he's been watching WAY too much Celebrity Deathmatch on MTV.

Raven no-showed Nitro. He was billed as being on Nitro on WCW Saturday Night, and at one point his music came on but Raven never showed. Instead Rey Mysterio Jr. came out to fight Kidman, even though Rey wasn't supposed to debut until Thunder.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WCW Saturday Night: Lodi vs. Konnan: (10/17/98): Lodi comes out with several signs. "EVERYBODY LOVES LODI", and "RAVEN MISSES LODI." Lodi gets on the microphone and screams about how the WCW suits are making him face Konnan against his will. He then calls out Konnan by referring to him as "Obi-Wan-Jabrone" and tells the "gangster wanna-be" that "boxers go on the inside." Konnan then tells Lodi that he'll show him how to work the mic and he does his usual "Arriba La Raza" routine. Lodi and Konnan then have a surprisingly good match beofre Konnan makes him tap out to the Tequila Sunrise.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thunder: (10/15/98): No Raven Activity.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WCW Monday Nitro: Lodi vs. Wrath: (10/12/98): Lodi has a sign that says "NO MORE SIGNS," implying his gimmick may be over. He has one other sign that says "SHAMELESS PLUG: JOHN BOY AND BILLY ROC," - a radio show he's been on in Atlanta. This match doesnt even last very long. Lodi gets decimated. Wrath wins.

Raven vs. Chris Jericho: Raven loses after Jericho reverses the Evenflow into the Liontamer. The announcers keep saying that Raven is having a losing streak, that he's more intense, and less whiny.

WINNER: Chris Jericho via Pinfall.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WCW Saturday Night: Raven and Kanyon vs. The Armstrongs: (10/10/98): Raven and Kanyon come out, no big speech this week, just sheer domination by Raven and Kanyon over the Road Doggs' brothers. The match was over pretty quick and The Armstrongs lost badly. The announcers started to hype them as the best team in WCW.
WINNERS: Raven and Kanyon via Pinfall.

Raven and Kanyon interview w/Mean Gene Okerlund: This has to be the first time Raven has appeared on one of the locker room interviews with Mean Gene. Kanyon mentioned that he and Raven are simple the best tag team in WCW. Raven said the Villano injury was a ploy to show how intense his desire is to cripple others. Mean Gene said for 250 dollars an hour, he'd listen to any and all of Raven's problems and Raven said ok that's it the interview is over. Weird stuff: Raven was almost completely out of character the whole interview. This interview also made known Raven's intention to strip Giant and Scott Hall of the tag titles.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thunder: Kanyon vs. Prince Iaukea: (10/8/98): Before the match, Kanyon bragged, saying no one was better than him. Prince Iaukea returned, after being kept out of action for several months, due to a knee injury. Both wrestlers put up a very physical fight. After Kanyon nailed Iaukea with the Flatliner, he took the victory. Kanyon defeated Prince Iaukea with the Flatliner.

Raven Interview: Raven complained about not being treated like others, and mentioned how much Diamond Dallas Page has it all good. DDP appeared, and ran down to the ring, setting up a one-on-one contest.

Diamond Dallas Page vs. Raven: As Raven continued with the advantage, Lodi appeared on top of the canvas with a "Nielsen Wants The Flock" sign. Lodi was accidently knocked off, and made his way back. Out of no-where, Diamond Dallas Page hit Raven with the Diamond Cutter, and took the win.

WINNER: DDP via Pinfall

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Nitro: Kanyon (w/Raven) vs. Diamond Dallas Page (10/5/98): During the match, Lodi came down to the ring and pleaded with Kanyon to take him back. With that happening, Page jumped over the ropes and on to Lodi and Kanyon. From behind, Raven then took Page and executed a version of the Diamond Cutter. However, when Kanyon pinned Page, he could only get a two count. As Page was going to execute the Diamond Cutter, Lodi ran in, distracting Page. Raven then attacked Page from behind and nailed him with a microphone. At that point, Goldberg ran down and took out Lodi with a Jackhammer as Page nailed Raven with a Diamond Cutter. The two men then stood face-to-face. J.J. Dillon came down and convinced the two to wait until Havoc.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thunder: Lodi vs. Diamond Dallas Page (10/1/98): Lodi does a little speech where he says DDP ruined his life by bringing Saturn to WCW since Saturn ended the Flock. Lodi says it is now Page's turn to pay for ending the Flock; he's gonna beat DDP and then beat Goldberg at Halloween Havoc to become the WCW World Heavyweight Champion. DDP jumps on Lodi from the ring and throws him in the rail. Lodi is thrown in the ring, but ax handles DDP and chokes him on the ropes. DDP fights back and knocks Lodi down with a series of punches. DDP picks him up and gives him a gustbuster. He throws Lodi into the ropes and gives Lodi the diamond cutter. 1 2 3 DDP wins.

Kanyon vs. Scotty Riggs: Out comes Kanyon with his new attitude. He gets the mic and berates Riggs as being an ingrate pirate-wannabe who was a nobody before Raven found him and a nobody afterwards. Kanyon says the only reason that Riggs is getting cheers is because the audience is as ignorant as he is. Riggs explodes on Kanyon. He smacks Kanyon down and whips him into an elbow. Dropkick on Kanyon. He tries a pin on Kanyon. Fails. Throws Kanyon outwhips him into the ringpost. He tries to injure Kanyon's shoulder against the ringpost and then works it against the ropes. High knee on Kanyon. Riggs starts to boast. He hits Kanyon 7 times on the post. Kanyon nails him and does a piggyback snapmare takedown from the toprop. Kanyon does a swinging neckbreaker on Riggs but doesn't pin him. Kanyon boasts now. Knee to Riggs' throat on the ropes. Series of elbows on Riggs. Riggs is in a sleeper gets out of it, back elbow on Kanyon, but Kanyon flapjacks him for a 2 count. Riggs does a really good Liger bomb off the top rope on Kanyon. Running lariats on Kanyon from Riggs. Drives Kanyon into ropes, tries a chickenwing crossface on Kanyon, but Kanyon flatlines him. 1 2 3 Kanyon wins.

Raven Promo #1: Raven gives a speech saying life is fleeting, and that Goldberg better not get used to that title on his waist since it's going back to Raven tonight.

Raven Promo #2: Raven's second speech berates WCW's heroes DDP and Sting. He says Saturn and himself are the only 2 who have ever really fought Goldberg with some vigor. Very eloquent speech.

Raven vs. Goldberg: The match that everyone was waiting for. More hype for this match than for Hogan vs. Warrior at Halloween Havoc. DDP comes out and starts bitching about all Raven did was whine until he got a title shot, while DDP had to go through nine guys. I guess that's what some would call ironic. Buffer announces this match. Raven's music comes on. Raven and Kanyon walk out together to the ring. Raven brings with him . . . A TABLE!! They play Raven's entire theme song here. DDP says Raven can maybe beat Goldberg. After all, anything's possible. Now Heenan kisses DDP's ass. Last week Raven, today DDP.

Goldberg totally manhandles Raven. He smacks him down at first, then Then he gets shouled-tackled. Knee to Raven. Powerslam on Raven. Mini-spear by Raven, then he suckers Goldberg into kneeing him in the corner, which throws him outside. Raven starts to beat on him here. Ringpost on Goldberg. Tells Kanyon to get the table. Throws Goldberg into the steps. Kanyon holds Goldberg down on the table, Raven runs and jumps on -- TABLE!! Goldberg moved and Raven ate the table!! Goldberg grabs Raven, hits him, whips him into the ropes into a side kick. He spears Raven, but Raven moves and spears the ref too!! Billy Silverman is down!! Kanyon nails Goldberg with a steel chair and stops the jackhammer attempt. DDP sees this and runs down to the ring. Kanyon starts kicking DDP and Raven evenflows Goldberg!! Diamond Cutter on Kanyon. Raven tries a second evenflow, but Goldberg "reverses" it. Jackhammer on Raven.

WINNER: Goldberg via Pinfall.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WCW Saturday Night: Lodi interview with Mean Gene Okerlund: (10/3/98): Lodi came out to talk with Okerlund. He talked about how his life was now in disarray thanks to the disbanding of the Flock. He missed his boss, Raven. He talked about how Raven his hero brought him into WCW. Raven let him carry his bags for him and took him to cool places until Saturn broke up the Flock. Mean Gene then asked Lodi if Lodi picked up the tab when he and Raven went out and Lodi grudgingly admitted that he did. Lodi then said so what, that was his job. Funny interview.

Raven and Kanyon vs. The Armstrongs: Kanyon pics up the mic. He talks about how Raven has been in a bad mood since The Flock broke up. He's been miserable and in fact he's been downright ornery. He then says Raven has to ease his pain by finding victims to take it out on. This week the victims are the Armstrongs. Raven and Kanyon bumrush them. Raven has one of them in the corner and hits him in the breadbasket. Kanyon cradle neckbreaks him Kanyon hits him and hurts his thumb. Tags in Raven. Kanyon drop toe holds Scott Armstrong while Raven drops an elbow on him. Double suplex on Scott Armstrong. Kanyon starts bragging again. Kanyon tries a fireman's carry from the top rope but Scott Armstrong turns it into a power bomb. Steve Armstrong gets in there and clears the ring and tries to pin Kanyon, but Raven saves him. Kanyon gets Steve Armstrong and Raven evenflows him. 1 2 3 Raven and Kanyon win. Raven and Kanyon start beating on the Armstrongs some more.

WINNERS: Raven and Kanyon via Pinfall.
