Thunder: The Flock (Raven and Kanyon w/Chastity) vs. El Dandy and Villano V: (2/25/99) - Raven makes his comeback to wrestling after a great audience reaction. He talks about how after all the months he was away, he had to suffer the further indignities of two jobbers, Bam Bam Bigelow and Hak, biting his wrestling style and calling themselves extreme and hardcore when he's the man who created that style, Hak's Rules are a ripoff of Raven's Rules. So Raven says, I will deal with them in time after J.J. Dillon gets off his inept ass and does his job. Kanyon, who is now a pimp judging by his new look, who still can't get any respect does his question. Raven is gonna take care of these jobbers like narcs at a biker rally. The challengers, El Dandy and Villano V, come to the ring, Raven gets medieval on their asses with the drop toe hold and the Evenflow DDT on Villano, and asks for a SIX count, just to show off how hardcore he is, then Kanyon pulls out a table and Chas distracts the ref so Raven can put Dandy threw the table, showing off the fact that Raven and Raven alone is the King of Hardcore..
WINNERS: Raven and Kanyon via Pinfall.

He dominates Bull Pain throughout the match and even gets a huracanrana on him off the top rope. He finishes him off with a Russian leg sweep with the Kendo stick, his new finisher. Hak is now 1 - 1 in action in WCW.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thunder: (2/11/99) - All the Raven videos from Nitro were reshown. The whole thing with Kanyon misprounouncing the word "Versace" - that joke comes from the movie "Showgirls."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WCW Nitro: Raven Video #1 (2/8/99) - This video is a total spoof on the movie "Ferris Bueller's Day Off!" Raven's Mom has to go out of town, but she's afraid that Raven will slip into a further depression if left to his own devices. She tells Kanyon to watch out for Raven while she is away. Kanyon goes up to Raven and tells him that his mom is worried about his depression. Raven's response: What depression!? Who could be depressed with cars like these, referring to a Yellow Ferrari. Raven says Kanyon is a mark!! Kanyon asks Raven why he drives around in trashy cars. Easy, To piss off his mom! Raven says whoever said money can't buy happiness was obviously poor. He then tells Kanyon to get in the Ferrari because they have stuff to do. This video had awesome production values.
Raven Video #2 Raven and Kanyon go to a bank. Raven goes to the teller and asks her - Where's my money, babe? Raven then withdraws $20,000 from the bank. $10,000 in big bills, and $10,000 dollars in singles! Raven then comes out of the bank with the money over his shoulder in a sack singing, "Santa Claus is coming to Town!" Kanyon then asks Raven if they're gonna go party now, Raven says no, first they have to get Kanyon a decent outfit!

Raven Video #3 Raven and Kanyon go to Gianni Versace's to buy Kanyon suitable clothes for partying! Raven critiques each outfit and their is disco music in the background!! Too funny!!

Raven Video #4 Raven and Kanyon sneak back into his mom's place and into their grunge gear. Raven's mom says WCW wants him to wrestle again. Raven acts all depressed but starts smiling once she leaves. Raven's response: She's not too bright, is she?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WCW Saturday Night: Bam Bam Bigelow Interview (2/6/99) - Bam Bam Bigelow was talking smack about Sandman aka "The King of Extreme." This will probably set-up another confrontation on Nitro in the future.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WCW Worldwide: Lodi vs. The Disciple (2/6/99) - Lodi is on his "LODI ROX TV TOUR '99." His main sign was "LODI HATES STUPID FANS." Lodi actually was dominating the Disciple in this match with an impressive display of technical wrestling. Lodi then went for a flying elbow off the top rope but missed! At one point, Lodi was able to gorilla-press slam Disciple, showing that despite his small size, he was powerful enough to life Disciple over his head! He could have pinned Disciple but grabbed a sign instead. Disciple then kicked Lodi in the gut and gave him The Apocalypse for the pin.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

CBS This Morning: Kanyon vs. Jose Diaz Ballard (2/4/99) - This was the conclusion to a 4 part segemnt that had been airing on CBS This Morning where co-anchor Jose Diaz Ballard was being taught how to wrestle by Randy Savage and his girlfriend, George. Jose challenged Kanyon to a match at the Jackson, Mississippi WCW House show and called him a little pansy who needed to go and face him. Kanyon then walks out wearing the Mortis vest he wore at the Great Amercian Bash. Kanyon does the question and of course the audience gets it wrong, allowing Ballard to jump on Kanyon from the top turnbuckle. Kanyon quickly reverses the momentum and after several holds, he flatlines Ballard and gets the win after an arrogant cover. Ballard was dressed up as Macho Man in this match and the segment was also replayed on Talk Soup on the E! Channel on cable.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thunder: (2/4/99) - No Raven Activity.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Nitro: Kenny Kaos vs. Van Hammer/Sandman Debut (2/1/99) - Hammer finishes off Kaos, when in the background we see a man with an inside out t-shirt come to the ring, covered in barbed wire, carrying a Singapore cane. He takes out Van Hammer with repeated swings of the cane and gives him a Russian legsweep with the cane onto the mat. He then gets on the mic and says he's pissed off about WCW ripping himoff. He says he was the first to use barbed wire in matches, to dive off steel cages, to hurl himself threw tables, he is the King of Extreme. He then calls out Bam Bam Bigelow and says Bam Bam is a hardcore wanna-be. He calls Bam Bam out for a fight. Commercial break.
Bam Bam Bigelow vs. The Sandman - Sandman starts off dominating this match early. He levels Bam Bam with the Singapore Cane as soon as he enters the ring. Bam Bam goes out side and gets a chair. Sandman looks at the camera and says "Extreme," an obvious ECW reference. Bam Bam rams Sandman into the ringpost repeatedly. He then wraps a chair around Sandman's head, but it still doesn't take him out. Sandman bulldogs Bammer into the steel chair but it still doesn't take him out. Sandman then wraps barbed wire around a steelpost, but he gets planted in it and pancaked by Bigelow into it even more. Sandman hits Bigelow with a guillotine leg drop prior to this to set him up, but it only stuns him. Bigelow DDT's Sandman on the chair. He then hits Sandman with a flying headbutt and gives him Greetings From Asbury Park, NJ for the win.
