WWF RAW is WAR: Raven/Rob Van Dam/Steve Austin Backstage Segment: (08.27.01) - Rob Van Dam and Raven enter the locker room and Raven tells Austin to beat Jericho's ass tonight. Raven says he and RVD want a Hardcore title match against each other and they need Austin's approval as Alliance leader to do so. RVD says Raven thinks he can beat him and Raven says he knows he can beat Van Dam. Austin asks them what they are thinking, he has a match with Angle and Jericho and the Alliance doesn't need to split up. Raven asks why doesn't he take on Angle and Jericho ... and RVD can help him. Austin says he'd rather take on both Jericho and Angle in a handicap match, injured arm and all, and that's what he's going to do. Raven asks if that's really a good idea and he and RVD should take on Angle and Jericho. Austin says that just might work but he'll be down at ringside with them.

Kurt Angle/Raven Backstage Segment - Cole was following Angle around backstage, trying to get comments from him about Austin pulling out of the main event. Angle spotted Raven in a hallway and said Cole is about to find out what he thinks about that subject. Angle attacked Raven and beat the hell out of him, including a vicious ankle lock. Angle told the moaning Raven to let Austin know that RVD now needs a partner and that Austin can feel free to be selfish and take Raven's place. As Raven clutched his ankle in pain, Angle told him the truth hurts.

Raven/Steve Austin Backstage Segment - The doctor was attending to Lita's knee when Raven hopped in on one foot and demanded medical attention. Raven managed to pull himself up on the examination table. Austin arrived and wanted to know if Raven could still wrestle later. The doctor said no. Austin was upset. Shawn Stasiak then came in and volunteered to take Raven's place. Austin was skeptical due to Stasiak's track record of goofing up, but Stasiak promised yet again to prove himself and left vowing to do something impressive. Austin ridiculed Raven, acting like Raven had wronged him by getting injured and said he's no good to the Alliance. He asked Raven if his ankle's broke. Raven didn't know for sure, so Austin walloped it hard and Raven howled in pain.

Raven says he knows that Austin will be in a good mood after trouncing Jericho after Smackdown, and he's going to ask him to allow Raven to fight RVD for the WWF Hardcore Title this Monday on RAW! RVD brushes off Raven and tells Raven to tell Austin about it and not him and he'll see him in the ring Monday. Raven retorts right back as they go tit-for-tat as Raven leaves to Austin's room.

WWF RAW is WAR: Raven Appearance: Stone Cold Appreciation Day Ceremony: (08.20.01) - At the close of RAW is WAR, The complete ECW/WCW Alliance roster, led by Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley, Debra, and Paul Heyman, came out to the ring for a ceremony honoring the leader of the Alliance, Stone Cold Steve Austin, to the strains of Drowning Pool's "Bodies." Heyman introduced several superstars, including Shane "Hurricane" Helms, Kanyon, and Debra, who all presented Austin with tokens of their esteem. Heyman then showed an Austin tribute video on the Titantron which was paid for by the Alliance. Stephanie then unveiled her tribute to Austin, a reworking of the balled "Wind Beneath My Wings" dedicated to Austin christened "Wind Beneath My Ring." Stephanie initially attempted to have Lillian Garcia, an accomplished vocalist, sing the song. However, upon hearing Lillian's adaptation, Stephanie declared that Lillian lacked the soul and the passion to do it justice, so she would have to sing it herself, much to the approval of several superstars, including Raven and Tommy Dreamer. Stephanie led the tone-deaf Alliance members in caterwauling the song, at which point she decided to pass the microphone to several members to do solos. Chavo Guerrero Jr. was first, at which point Stephanie passed the microphone to Raven's valet, Terri, to do one. Stephanie then called out to Raven and he sang a couple of verses solo, hamming it up all the way. Austin was moved by the group effort and their show of unity, until he saw Tazz wasn't wearing an ECW, WCW, or Austin shirt. This allowed Kurt Angle to make his way down to the ring with a milk truck, from where he started chucking milk cartons at the Alliance mmebers, hitting Raven with several, until he hosed them all down with a fire hose that was shooting milk at a high velocity, bathing Raven, Dreamer, Terri, Stephanie, Austin and several other in a funnel of dairy supplements!

WWF RAW is WAR: Raven Appearance: Stone Cold Motivational Speech: (08.13.01) - Stone Cold, the self-proclaimed leader of WCW, has a motivational speech for the Alliance in the middle of the ring where he congratulates those who have come through for the Alliance this past week and who has failed. He singles out Hugh Morrus, Raven, and Tazz, for lacking the instinct he's tried to instill in the Alliance. He asks Raven who whipped his ass this week and Raven grudgingly answers "Saturn." Austin mocks Raven for losing to someone who has sex with a mop. Austin thinks that Raven should've mopped the floor with Saturn. Austin says "What about me! What about Raven!" Austin then gets in Raven's face and says "You suck! Quote Stone Cold nevermore!" He then says Raven and Hugh at least went down fighting but Tazz did nothing as Shane McMahon was put through a table by the Rock. He wants to whip Tazz to teach him a lesson; Tazz refuses, so Austin orders Raven and Hugh to attack Tazz and they beat him up, then O'Haire and Palumbo, Rhyno, and The Dudleys all whip Tazz into submission.

Raven Appearance: WWF Hardcore Championship: Rob Van Dam vs. Kurt Angle - As Angle cinches on the Ankle Lock, RVD begins to tap. Raven and Dreamer run in and cause Angle to break the lock. In the final vignette, Al Snow and Micheal Cole are interviewing Raven and Terri. Snow asks Raven if he and Terri are an item. Raven states that there are 3 steps to knowledge; what you think, what you know, and what you can prove. Raven thinks his and Terri's partnership will be successful; he knows their relationship is none of Al's business, and he can prove the Alliance is the way to go to Terri by the virtue of all the titles they've won. Snow questions Raven's motives for joining the Alliance. Raven replies that Heyman's sports-entertainment genius is legendary, plus Shane and Steph handle the money, so he's not worried, The Alliance is the trend of the future and the WWF is obsolete. Raven snapped away from ECW, but the farther away he got from his roots the more violently he was snapped back. Now he's come full circle, back to where he started under Paul E.'s wing. Snow asks about how important Summerslam is to the Alliance master plan. Raven explains that Summerslam will prove his point, that there is a unifying force in the Alliance, an intrinsic unity that will make the Alliance come out on top.
