WWE Sunday Night HEAT: Raven vs. Cassidy O'Reilly: (10.27.02) - WWE Sunday Night HEAT comes to us this week from Nashville, TN - the homebase of NWA:TNA, the WWE's newest competitor. "End of Everything" hits the P.A. as Raven, the WWE's red-headed stepchild, comes to the ring to face his competitor for this evening. To the surprise of many in attendance, out comes Cassidy O'Reilly, one half of NWA:TNA's #1 contenders to the NWA World Tag Team Championship, The Hot Shots. Cassidy lost the opportunity to win the titles this past Wednesday so he's here to fight Raven in this WWE/NWA-TNA interpromotional match to try and regain some self respect by defeating the WWE's Raven.
Raven is sitting in the ring and gets up in Cassify's face and tells him the kid is not in his league and holds the ropes open to leave because the NWA:TNA mainstay is not in his league. Cassidy refuses and they lockup with Raven in control of the kid. Raven screams that he told him to leave and Raven continues to dominate with a back bodydrop. Raven holds the ropes open for him again and then gets him in the face with a 'Mr. Wrestling II" kneelift. Raven continues pounding on O'Reilly and hits anotehr back body drop, but O'Reilly lands on his feet and tries a superkick. Raven catches him and spins him, but O'Reilly ducks a clothesline and cacthes Raven in a schoolboy for a 2 count. Back and forth action until Raven mares him down by his hair. The referee gets in Raven's face but Raven stalks O'Reilly and decapitates him with a kneelift to a good pop.

Raven then hits a telegraphed clothesline for a big pop and starts toying with the obviously defeated Cassidy O'Reilly. He teases the Raven Effect and just locks him in a chinlock and starts pounding on him. O'Reilly tries a top rope spinning tope, but Raven ducks and Cassidy eats mat and Raven knees him again in the back for his troubles. Raven knees him again and then chokes him with his boot. Raven then sets him up and hits the top rope knee driver. Raven snaps him down and chokes him with a side headlock. Cassidy rallies with some punchesand hits Raven with backspring elbow. Cassidy tries a tornado DDT but Raven tosses him off. Raven then goes after Cassidy with a clotheslines but Cassidy tries a crosbody and it turns into a tilt-o-whirl backbreaker. Raven sets up the Raven Effect again, but changes his mind and pounds on O'Reilly some more. Raven whips O'Reilly and O'Reilly hits him a backspring crossbody for 2. Cassidy charged Raven, Raven then clocked him with another knee. Raven finally gets bored of toying with O'Reilly and obliterates the Hot Shot with the Raven Effect for the three count.

WINNER: Raven via Pinfall. (4:25)

WWE Sunday Night HEAT: Raven Interview w/Jonathan Coachman: (10.13.02) - WWE Sunday Night HEAT comes to us this week from Las Vegas, NV. "End of Everything" hits the P.A. after we see the Snickers Rewind with Raven's actions from 10/6 taking out D-Lo Brown as stage one of unleashing his masterpiece. Raven, sporting a white cassock and purple and blonde braids, does the Crucifix pose as Jonathan Coachman takes the mic to address Raven:
Coachman: "Ladies and gentleman, please help me welcome a man who calls Heat his 'personal playground.' Please welcome Raven! Now Raven, last week you made a very cryptic mention of your pieces coming together and it was time for your masterpiece to begin. Would you care to explain?"

Raven: "For two years, I've languished in this company and watched opportunities that a man of my skill and intellect deserves be given to others, other superstars because they were more of a "friendly" image. I've been treated like an outcast. I've been treated like an unwanted child. I've been treated like a depraved embarassment. For two years, I've resisted the temptation to lash out in a rage. I've resisted the temptation to quit the WWE entirely. I didn't Coach - I didn't because I have a statement to make. A statement I will reveal in upcoming weeks. A statement that will expose the hypocrisy that will choke - A statement that chokes the WWE and society itself. Society has been seduced by depravity and you people have responded with all the chastity of a three-dollar tramp! I see the way you people look at me; you look down your nose at me cuz I'm different, cuz I dress different. Well, its time I showed you people I'm not depraved, its you people. This interview is over, Coach."

WWE Sunday Night HEAT: Raven vs. D-Lo Brown: (10.06.02) - WWE Sunday Night HEAT comes to us this week from Houston, TX. We see Raven backstage with Terri Runnels, where Raven relays that this match ends his rivalry with D-Lo Brown and opens the door to his vindication. Raven has purple braids now and apparently has a huge new tattoo of a sword that goes completely down the front of his torso diagonally. Raven says for 2 years he has been scorned and scoffed at, but he has bided his time quietly until the pieces fit to make his masterpiece a reality and he will be silent no longer. Raven says that the masterpiece he will unveil will open the eyes of those blinded towards him. Quote the Raven, nevermore.

Raven makes his way down to the ring & plops down into the corner. D-Lo then arrives & addresses that Raven has called him for one last rematch so Raven could vindicate himself and move on to create his masterpiece. D-Lo claims the only masterpiece here will be a special Raven exhibit at the Sky High Hall of Fame. The match gets underway. Back and forth exchange at the start, D-Lo gets the first big move in with a flying forearm off the ropes that stuns Raven. D-Lo struts as Raven staggers up in the corner. This leads D-Lo to charge Raven, but Raven leapfrogs the spear and D-Lo impales himself on the ring post. Raven follows up with a legsweep on the barricade and locks D-Lo in a side sleeper in the ring after being unable to hit the Raven Effect. D-Lo shoots in on Raven and rams him into the corner. Raven then hits D-Lo with the top rope kneedrop driver for 2. D-Lo gets a brief flurry of moves for 2 and punches Raven in the corner, Raven drops off the ropes and powerbombs D-Lo for 2. D-Lo hits the Side Effect on Raven for 2 and Raven drops his elbow pad off, which distracts Nick Patrick to go kick it off the apron. Raven capitalizes & hits a massive low-blow on D-Lo and then hits the Raven Effect for the win to end his feud with D-Lo once and for all!

WINNER: Raven via Pinfall. (3:16)
